THE FOLLOWING IS ONLY POLITICAL CONJECTURE; PRESUMING THE DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN KELLY LAKE CREE NATION STATE AS AN ABSOLUTE MONARCHY

Here are a list of strategies regarding your continued dispute with EIIR Canada / Canada Revenue Services : ROBIN DAVIDSON or your AGENT executes :
  1. File a Complaint With OIPC [jurisdiction is incorporate into GTIF : Great Turtle Island Federation]
  2. OIPC is the Global Native Court : Operates through CUSTOM LAW
  3. OIPC advises the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT [Office of the Prosecutor] & The UN Security Council of COMPLAINTS that are based upon : Crimes Against Human Rights & War Crimes [The UN Charter, Chapter VII is the statute territory that has jurisdiction upon Canada and Queen Elizabeth]
  4. In this matter of the Canada Revenue Agency [CRA] trespass : (A) Claiming jurisdiction to collect taxes within the customary territory of Rocky Mountain Cree / Kelly Lake Cree Nation [and, all BC territories] in the absence of a nation-to-nation Treaty; and, (B) Therein, CRA seizing assets from the Robin Davidson Bank accounts in absence of authority [no Treaty] through an illicit military occupancy [using EIIR Canada law, including threat of police] : THEN, these two actions constitute a "Breach of Peace" by EIIR Canada
  5. EIIR - through her 1953 Coronation Oath - has undertaken a legal commitment to protect the " ... customs and traditions ... of all of the Peoples ... within her claimed dominion ... In Justice & Mercy ... So help her God ... " therein, any transgression or violation of this Oath constitutes a criminal breach of the peace in both Canada and the United Kingdom : remembering that Elizabeth II is Queen to all of her Commonwealth members
  6. The integrity of the sovereignty of the absolute monarchy of HRH Calliou Rocky Mountain Cree / Kelly Lake Cree Nation State is in evidence through history; and, is re-affirmed by the public record of the HRH Calliou's modern era Declaration of Sovereignty in 2014
  7. By customary law and likely by international law, EIIR Canada and EIIR United Kingdom [and, Commonwealth] is liable in both civil tort for damages and criminal prosecution for breach of peace through the trespass of CRA on behalf of the EIIR Canada nation state [which by historical record does NOT exist due to the invalidity of the HBC / Hudson's Bay Company Charter that expired in 1697- and, which prohibited the HBC from acquiring any real estate lands or territories]
  8. HENCE, the Chancellor of Laws of Great Turtle Island Federation [GTIF], which is an Inter-Governmental Organization recognized by the 197 United Nations members [including, EIIR Canada and EIIR UK / Commonwealth] since 2013, has received the ROBIN DAVIDSON COMPLAINT [RDC] of TRESPASS against EIIR Canada; and, therein, has included this complaint into the OIPC General Registry of Class Action against EIIR Canada, et al
  9. This RDC is registered within the OIPC Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Class Action General Registry; and, the filing of the Preliminary Disclosure to the UN International Criminal Court [UN ICC] is to be prosecuted simultaneously with the OIPC War Crimes Tribunal [OIPC-WCT]
  10. The significance of this information is that OIPC will inform EIIR Canada / CRA officers and agents that there will occur in 2016 an OIPC International War Crimes Tribunal - which now includes the RDC complaint; and, that the EIIR Canada officers and agents will be compelled to attend the OIPC-WCT when it is convened; and, that any failure to comply with the OIPC-WCT jurisdiction shall require an arrest warrant to be issued; including, a petition to INTERPOL [International Police] to assist in bringing forward for trial those parties named as Respondents in the GTIF / RDC Class Action Complaint
  11. With the aforementioned, it is important to issue information to banking officials that they are residing within the HRH Calliou Rocky Mountain / Kelly Lake Cree Nation territories through a conditional permit that will be withdrawn in the event that they fail to respect the paramount sovereignty; and, that in order to continue to do business within these territories they shall immediately issue to HRH Calliou Rock Mountain / Kelly lake Cree Nation State [HRH Calliou RM/KLCNS] a certified letter of readiness to comply
  12. OIPC shall issue a notice in writing to EIIR Canada, et al, - including the UN Security Council and General Assembly of these matters
